Up-Close Realism was founded in 1998 C.E. by Paul N. Pallansch. Working for various museums in the Washington metropolitan area, both as an exhibit freelancer and a staffer, he was always struck by how fascinating the curators and other expert staff were when they talked about their collections. He knew if he could just put that enthusiasm into the exhibits, they would be just as engaging.
Up-Close Realism does just that, by hearing the stories from you about your collection, then translating them into viable exhibit ideas. We are thus able to preserve your passion, making it and your collection accessible to all.
